The Family Album: Collection Three.

The first photograph is a little different to the pictures I've been taking previously. This picture doesn't have very much in terms of leading lines but the rule of thirds is shown clearly. The main focus upon the photo is on one of the lines you'd imagine when thinking about rule of thirds. The rest of the picture is blurred out and can even be cut down. I think the use of Black and White is also very effective for this picture- this is because it gives the picture a more of a sentimental look which i am aiming for as i take photo's for this family album.

The next photo uses leading lines really well. The lines from the baby mat lead into looking at the main subject- my cousin. This is really effective especially with the bright colours because your focus isn't on the outside flooring. The rule of Thirds for the picture is also good too- in my opinion. The eyesight of my cousin is on line with the rule of thirds and the picture looks pleasing towards the eye.

The next picture is of my friend Ryan. For me this picture is kind of abstract. I think the angle does put of the rule of thirds, seen as though he isn't completely on line or intersection however, i do think that leading lines helps zoned into the main focus. That fact to two walls come together to see Ryan, makes the viewers eyes do the same. I think the baddest thing about this picture is most probably the wide space to the left of him that could of been filled in with something or even cropped out.
