The first picture is a close up of human life. Specifically his hands. I chose this picture to show a close up of some thing human because it still has substance that people can take from the picture. It also allows them to imagine the entire picture and what is happening around him. Overall, it poses the question, what is he taking a picture of? In terms of actual photography I find that the left hand perfect lies on the rule of thirds which makes the picture become more ascetically pleasing. Moreover, the focus is on his hands which the camera in the corner. This helps as though it seems the camera is a massive part of the picture it still isn't the main focus. I chose hands to be my subject matter because a lot can be talked about with someone hands and how they are portrayed by their owner.
The second picture homes in on technology. Though it isn't the most close up of the camera in the photo it still becomes the main focus for people to look at. The camera lens shows up with a flare that draws people straight into the middle of the picture. Moreover, the outstanding of the brand gives the picture a marketing feel that makes people think of the technology Nikon has made. The blurred background also helps the viewer look straight towards the camera. A massive part of this picture is that it is a different angle on the previous picture. This shows how you can capture just one topic in a picture or multiple with a main focus. I like this picture because it shows the passion the person has- the passion for photography. It shows more off about the subject interests by homing in on the subjects interests for people to look at.
The final picture is of still life. This is a close up of some photography magazines that have been purposely laid out in that particular way. As a result i created this picture through continuous shooting tactics. The picture is a side on view and i think that some cropping could be done to the picture in order for it to be the best possible. I think that the fact 'photography' is written multiple times in the middle of the picture gives off more information than is necessarily needed. As a result, the picture makes people think outside of the lens. Who's magazines are these? Whats so special that they have to be photographed?
