This first picture is a close up on technology. It allows me to think about what the world would be like without hearing aids. I know a few people who have to have them so it really strikes a nerve about how many people this simple piece of technology is helping. It allows people hear. It makes me think of videos on Youtube of people being able to hear for the first time whether thats due to hearing aids or another form of them. It makes me proud of how we have moved forward in technology for the better. Moreover, the picture itself in detail highlights the fact of people helping each other. Like people who made the hearing aids- its something taken for granted.
This picture is a close up of a human. It shows there emotion fully in just there eyes. It shows there sadness, desperation, tiredness. They must have been through something to make them look this way. It makes me want to know more. What happened to them? How are they now? How did this picture come about? This photography hits me on a personal level. I feel like his represents everyone at some part in there life. When people felt down. However, where for most it is a period in there life- something tells me through the picture that his life is always this. His only emotions he can express is tiredness and sadness. It shows massively through his eyes no matter what actions he takes on on a daily basis.
This final close up is of a still life. While this could simply be a promotional picture for the wedding ring. It can also be a picture taken my a husband or a wife. Something that they can hold onto for the rest of there life. It is a massive part of someones life being married and so this picture symbolises that. Taking it from a husband or wife perspective- this picture could be represented as happy or sad. The happiness can come from being together for such a long time. This band 100% symbolises that. However, the sadness that can be taken from this picture is if a couple have broken up and divorced. The band that symbolised something now symbolises something that isn't there anymore, that was a lie, that was broken. The ring means nothing. It presents the way that minds a meanings can change through time- whether thats a good or a bad thing.
