Street Photography: Emotion.

The picture makes me think about it. This is why i like it so much. My photography views are that you have to take something from the picture or whats the point. Due to this, i really like and feel like i understand this picture as lot more because i can take something from it. This picture makes me think about poverty and the rates of poverty in massively overpopulated countries. The fact it is a child makes me compare our lives. It makes me feel sad that I have everything I need yet the person in the picture doesn't. As a result, I can take away that i shouldn't take everything I have for granted. Moreover, it also makes me mad that even now poverty rates are increasing. I think i capture what the photographer feels. That this picture is powerful, especially with the background. Its become a picture that whole heartedly takes on poverty- and how it needs to change. Along with this, it also makes me want to do something to help this child in the moment (obviously this cant happen) so it allows me to make a change on poverty now, i can donate or go out and help people in my local community. It also makes me think about where this person could be now- are they okay? Are they sill in poverty? This becomes a question thats sticks- we can never really know.
