The outcomes of the composition work we've been doing. While taking these photographs I learnt that when creating leading lines make sure that the lines (or any other shape which is leading) is starting from the corner or side of the full photo. This is because it looks more effective towards viewers.
Furthermore, the rule of thirds is simple but effective in ensuring the photograph will be looked at instead of being instantly disregarding. This is because the viewer will look towards anything on the intersections as this is where there eye is automatically drawn to. Having a frame within a frame can create a different effect than not having a frame at all. This rule to me only works in some cases, while it can be effective in some photographs ( like the tree through the bin shot below), sometimes a picture will actually look better with out one.
After looking through my photos I've seen that its easy to compile the rule of thirds together and using leading lines to have the reader follow into the point of interest. I have also learnt that framing while difficult to grasp at first, once you look at your surroundings in a different way to normal, its easy to create a natural frame within a frame.
